Responsibilities

• This position supports labor union engagement and fundraising initiatives across multiple markets.
• The individual will manage and steward relationships with participating local unions, including a portfolio within UAW and UFCW, while supporting labor-focused fundraising projects.
• Responsibilities include cultivating new labor partners, strengthening existing relationships, and educating organized labor leaders and members on the importance of the March of Dimes mission.
• The role also represents March of Dimes and the Labor of Love platform at key fundraising events and requires travel as needed.
