Job Summary

Support marketing operations and project storytelling as a Junior Marketing Coordinator in New Orleans; part-time role assisting CRM, social, content, and archives.

Responsibilities

  • The Junior Marketing Coordinator will support a range of efforts that help the Marketing Department and the broader firm pursue work, communicate ideas, and share the stories of our projects.
  • Responsibilities may include maintaining project and CRM information, assisting with social media, website, and other communications content, supporting project photography shoots, helping prepare awards submissions, organizing imagery and marketing archives, and contributing to broader initiatives, events, and studio communications.

Requirements

  • Part-time, in-person role based in our New Orleans studio.
  • The selected candidate will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Preferred

  • Copywriting experience
  • Experience with a social media management and analytics tool (Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media content creation best practices
  • Photography and Video Shooting and Editing Experience
  • Eye for graphic layout, branding, and visual consistence
