Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing advisor for agents throughout the Greater Providence and Northern Rhode Island markets.
• Build strong relationships with sales associates by providing exceptional customer service, marketing expertise, and responsive support.
• Daily responsibilities would include:
• Executing assets
• Building and filling templates
• Producing custom collateral
• Maintaining brand standards
• Managing asset production
• Assist in designing high-quality marketing collateral including:
• Property brochures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, graphic design, advertising, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and layout skills.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Video editing and multimedia production experience.
• Experience in the real estate, luxury, or professional services industry.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and campaign management.
