Job Summary

Own and execute in-person outreach for nonprofit partners, welcoming visitors and building connections at live events while contributing to team targets and ongoing development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Inspiring Causes
  • Promote the work of our nonprofit partners through engaging face-to-face conversations at live events.
  • Create Outstanding Customer Experiences
  • Welcome visitors, answer questions, and build genuine connections with members of the public.
  • Support Live Marketing Campaigns
  • Help execute promotional events that increase awareness and generate support for important causes.
  • Work Towards Performance Goals
  • Contribute to individual and team targets while earning uncapped commission and performance incentives.
  • Develop Your Skills
  • Take part in daily coaching, hands-on training, and professional development sessions designed to help you succeed.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, events, fundraising, marketing, or sales is beneficial but not essential.
