Job Description

Responsibilities

Design ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
Build landing pages and web layouts in Figma
Turn ideas into clean, usable designs quickly
Iterate based on performance and feedback
Help organize templates and keep things consistent
Support deck and presentation design when needed

Requirements

2–3 years of design experience
Strong portfolio
Very comfortable in Figma. You should be using it daily
Location: live in Utah or Arizona
Experience with:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Good eye for layout, spacing, and clean design
Able to move fast and handle multiple projects

Preferred

UI/UX experience
Landing page or web design experience
Experience laying out full webpages
Experience building decks in Microsoft PowerPoint
