Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to digital advertising, social media, SEO, branding, campaign execution, client service, and performance reporting from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Harvest Advertising.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Harvest Advertising.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across advertising and campaign delivery in this Junior Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Harvest Advertising team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting advertising and campaign delivery in the Junior Data Analyst role at Harvest Advertising.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Harvest Advertising.

Requirements

• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Preferred

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Harvest Advertising.
