Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content production from planning and shooting through editing and delivery, juggling multiple projects while ensuring brand-ready outputs across platforms.

  • Lead shooting, editing, and color work for social content
  • Collaborate with the Lead Content Producer and creative team
  • Occasionally travel to client locations for shoots

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture professional photo and video content using DSLR and mirrorless camera systems.
  • Produce social-first content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit short-form video content with strong pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Color grade footage and deliver polished, client-ready edits.
  • Capture both planned and in-the-moment content during production days.
  • Assist with creative planning, shot lists, and content concepts.
  • Stay current with social media trends, editing styles, trending audio, and platform updates.
  • Identify opportunities to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Content Producer and creative team throughout production.
  • Organize and manage footage, project files, and media assets.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in both video production and photography.
  • Experience shooting with professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
  • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred editing software).
  • Experience using creative tools including:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects preferred)
  • CapCut
  • Instagram Edits
  • Adobe Lightroom Classic
  • Other industry-standard creative software
  • Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, composition, lighting, and camera settings.

Preferred

  • FAA Part 107 Drone Certification.
  • Experience capturing commercial drone footage.
  • Access to professional camera equipment and willingness to use personal equipment when appropriate.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or advanced visual effects.
  • Experience creating high-performing social media content.
  • Strong photography and video portfolio.
