Job Summary
Own the end-to-end creative delivery for client campaigns, driving asset production, brand-compliant visuals, and rapid RFP responses using Radius Platform, while coordinating with Client Success and in-house design teams.
- Creative & Production: Build and curate assets, copy, and video edits to meet campaign KPIs.
- Asset & Process Enablement: Create specs, playbooks, and maintain a centralized library for quick access.
- Collaboration & Demos: Support client calls, pitch demos, and timely submissions with refined visuals.
Job Description
- Creative production: Develop and implement creative units for clients based on KPIs utilizing Radius Platform.
- Asset curation: Include the ability to curate copy and links from client/brand resources.
- Video editing: Periodically edit videos for specific client needs, including shortening longer form videos and adding custom end frames.
- Documentation: Create/maintain spec sheets, best practices, and all other product/process support materials.
- Client collaboration: Periodically attend calls with clients led by Client Success to discuss overall campaign goals and timelines.
- Design support: Support the Creative and Design teams directly working on pitch or marketing demos.
- RFP submissions: Directly support Client Success team with higher priority RFP demos for timely and refined submissions.
- Asset management: Maintain and organize all materials and assets for easy internal team accessibility.
- Design/media/advertising experience: Professional or internship experience in design in media/advertising/marketing industry (or related).
- Portfolio & excellence: Commitment to excellence and a portfolio of design achievements against set goals.
- Adobe & presentation tools: Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects) and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- Brand adherence: Ability to adhere to established brand guidelines and templates.
- Tool familiarity: Knowledge of Google Suite & MS Office.
- Communication: Strong writing and grammar skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Cross-discipline collaboration: Highly efficient and self-motivated with the ability to work with multiple internal disciplines, tools and platforms.
- Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative passion: A true passion for interactive video technology, digital media and graphic design/visual communication.
- Familiarity with Figma, Wordpress, Sketch, Zeplin, Mailchimp, HTML/CSS.
- Programmatic understanding: Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and technologies, including programmatic (SSPs, AdExchanges, DSPs, DMPs).
