Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging video and static content optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
• Concept, shoot, and edit social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, tutorials, product demos, and trend-based videos
• Collaborate with the social media team to execute content calendars aligned with marketing priorities and campaign launches
• Partner with the in-house design team to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
• Support paid media initiatives by producing performance-driven creative assets
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, formats, and platform updates , proactively bringing new ideas to the team
• Assist with content capture during photoshoots, events, and in-office production days
• Maintain organized workflows for content production and asset management

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and visual design work for social platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred)
• Skilled in mobile-first editing tools such as CapCut, InShot , or similar apps
• Comfortable shooting content using iPhone and lightweight production setups
• Deep understanding of social media platforms , especially Instagram and TikTok
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge or experience with AI tools for creative development is a plus
• Must be available to work in-office in Gardena, CA (this is not a remote role)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
