Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce catalogs, lookbooks, and promotional decks to support product launches, sales initiatives, and key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales representatives to develop cohesive visual storytelling across all presentations and campaigns.
  • Develop graphics for social media, email templates, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and remain current and consistent across all platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor designs to maintain a high standard of originality and relevance.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and contribute insights to improve future projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Graphic design: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Work authorization (Preferred)Full
  • 40 Hours a Week.
  • Must have a strong passion for sports.
  • Experience with sports graphics.
  • Slides - Must be proficient in quickly creating Google slide presentations that both look good and adhere to brand standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.
