Job Summary

Own media outreach and messaging workstreams, from drafting pitches and briefings to coordinating with clients and monitoring results.

  • Draft pitches, talking points, press releases, briefs, and digital content that advance client goals.
  • Research policy trends and stakeholders to inform strategy and messaging while coordinating with partners and teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drafting media pitches, talking points, press releases, briefs, and digital content.
  • Conducting research on policy, market trends, and stakeholders.
  • Assisting in media monitoring and analysis.
  • Help manage projects, coordinate with clients and partners, and contribute to messaging frameworks that address complex issues at local, national, and global levels.
  • Participating in internal strategy sessions, supporting event and campaign planning, and helping ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in communications, public relations, public policy, political science, international affairs, journalism, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Previous internship or professional experience in a communications firm, government office, advocacy organization, or corporate communications environment is preferred.
