Responsibilities

• Edit and produce scroll-stopping video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• Collaborate with our creative and editorial teams to develop content strategies that actually convert
• Write compelling captions and copy that match each platform's voice
• Stay ahead of trends — if it's blowing up on social, we want to know before it peaks
• Brainstorm, pitch, and execute creative concepts from idea to publish
• Manage timelines and deliverables like a pro

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar)
• A strong eye for social-first content — you understand what performs and why
• Sharp writing skills and attention to detail
• Creativity that doesn't wait for permission
• Fluency with major social platforms and their content formats
• Genuine passion for social media and digital culture

Preferred

• Background in Media, Communications, or related fields is a plus — but a killer portfolio speaks louder than a degree
