Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in social-first content production from ideation to execution across all social channels.
Develop creative content ideas that match brand voice, culture, and audience interests.
Stay on top of social media trends, formats, memes, as well as platform tools and behaviors to create timely and relevant content.
Be at the pulse of culture to keep brands relevant and at the center of conversations.
Quickly edit engaging, short-form content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and social-native editing tools.
Maintain a consistent visual style and tone that reflects the Monster Energy brand identity.
Opportunity to assist with capturing social content at local brand activations.
Continuously experiment with new formats, creative techniques, AI-assisted creative tools, and platform features to push the boundaries of social content.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience creating social media content for digital platforms.
A positive, curious attitude with a strong pulse on social culture.
A strong portfolio showcasing social-first, short-form video content.
Deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and platform behaviors.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop preferred).
Experience using social-native editing tools (TikTok, Instagram, Edits, etc.).
Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows for content development and editing.
Ability to concept, shoot, and edit content quickly in fast-paced environments.
Experience capturing social footage on mobile devices (iPhone) and lightweight gear.
Strong creative instincts and ability to translate moments into engaging social content.

Preferred

Passion for motorsports, fitness, gaming, and music is a plus.
