Job Summary

Support a busy press office by tracking coverage, building and updating media lists, coordinating festival prep, and producing wrap reports from interviews and reactions.

Owns monitoring coverage and maintaining media lists for campaigns and festivals
Manages notes from calls/meetings and compiles wrap reports for client briefs

Responsibilities

Assisting with press clippings: monitoring trade publications and key outlets for breaks and report coverage
Researching film trends, relevant writers, box office for international – specifically for comp titles for any films we are working on
Updating and creating press lists (i.e. podcasts, finance, etc.), using Cision to find new and creative outlets to showcase client
Participating in weekly touch bases with the team
Taking notes on calls/meetings
Overall support leading up to festivals, pulling together festival bibles
Compiling and managing media lists for upcoming film festivals
Assisting with tracking and compiling nominations
Helping compile & proofread talent schedules and assisting/logging travel bookings
Tracking outstanding and completed interview requests
