Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting the development and adaptations of POS materials including Evergreen, Windows and Walls, and any promotional artwork as needed in the LATAM & Canada markets. They will also ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the markets to provide guidance and ensure program deliverables stay on track and meet project deadlines.
  • Receive creative requests and briefs from local markets
  • Manage those briefs in ClickUp with market leads
  • Help organize creative edits and make sure all versions are saved clearly and shared with the teams
  • Ensure we are following proper brand guidelines
  • Manage internal Trade Marketing document to update the status of each project – approved creative and other important files to be saved and allocated accordingly
  • Update manager regularly on what has been approved, what’s still in progress, and what has been sent to the markets
  • Attend internal meetings with the markets to report on program and creative progress
  • Support the team with administrative tasks e.g., updating PowerPoint slides, renaming files, and any other general admin tasks that are needed.
