Job Summary

Own and drive the local roll-out, expand the network by engaging non-profits, and help match organisations with volunteers while supporting content, website, and copy tasks through collaboration with the country manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work together directly with our management team regarding our local roll-out.
  • Expand our network by researching non-profits that want to become part of our community.
  • Support organisations to find the right volunteers for their projects.
  • Special projects in direct sparring with our country manager.
  • Help with support tasks like copywriting, website improvement, content etc.

Requirements

  • Fluent German speaking (German nationality, so understanding the culture would be a bonus)
  • Business focussed study (bonus for knowledge of Business model Canvas, Lean startup, Research & Validation, etc)
  • A committed, friendly team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Is detail-oriented and can work accurately / systematically
  • Can learn to work with different (online) programs and tools quickly
  • Has strong communication skills, asks questions and is keen on finding right answers together with the team.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Business model Canvas
  • Lean startup
  • Research & Validation
  • Understanding German culture would be a bonus
