Job Summary

Interns will create and refine visual assets for marketing, ensure brand consistency, and support social media graphics across platforms. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for marketing materials including social media graphics, blog headers, email visuals, presentations, and website content.
  • Assist with brand consistency by applying company brand guidelines (colors, typography, imagery, layout) across all design materials.
  • Support social media content creation by designing graphics for LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate messaging, campaigns, and announcements into compelling visual designs.
  • Edit and refine existing design assets, including resizing graphics, adjusting layouts, and updating visuals for new uses.
  • Prepare graphics for publication, ensuring correct file formats, resolutions, and dimensions for web, social, and print.
  • Assist with presentation design, including slides for internal meetings, investor materials, and conference presentations.
  • Source and organize visual assets, such as icons, stock images, illustrations, and templates.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, event materials, and creative concepts.
  • Manage design files and folders, keeping assets organized within the team’s design system.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, entering the 3rd or 4th year of their program.
  • Experience using tools like the Adobe creative suite, Figma, DAM platforms, Google product suite, Slack, Camtasia, and Canva.
  • Possesses the ability to learn technical concepts that are foreign to them.
  • Share their portfolio to demonstrate technical acumen.

Preferred

  • Can work in our San Jose location 3-4 days a week.
  • Willingness to continue in a part-time role after the internship period, if the work meets expectations.
