  • Own outreach to creators and track talent pipeline activity.

  • Standout: Familiarity with influencer marketing or creator economy is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with talent
  • Assist in onboarding new creators to the agency
  • Support brand partnerships, outreach, and coordination
  • Track outreach, responses, and talent pipeline activity
  • Stay on top of creator trends and emerging talent

Requirements

  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, talent management, or the creator economy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Self-starter who can operate independently

Preferred

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or social media
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
