Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work on influencer marketing campaigns for the agency’s local, regional and national clients in the food & beverage/restaurant industries;
  • Collaborate with the influencer team to coordinate organic and paid influencer content and strategies for clients;
  • Utilize influencer marketing platform CreatorIQ to manage, monitor and expand the agency’s robust database of influencer partners;
  • Work directly with influencers to develop content, share campaign details, negotiate terms, prepare contracts (as needed) and manage collaborations for the client;
  • Collect campaign analytics and prepare high-level recaps for clients;
  • Collaborate with influencer team in overall project and campaign management;
  • Maintain a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with agency team members; and,
  • Develop, negotiate and manage paid partnership contracts, working closely with account leads to ensure proper payment/billing procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related field OR someone planning to graduate;
  • 1+ years of experience working in influencer marketing, social media, public relations or related field (recent graduates with related experience are welcome);
  • 1+ years of experience working with influencers partners (major plus if you bring influencer connections with you);
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment;
  • Creative problem solver;
  • Passion, accountability and an exceptional attention to detail are essential;
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; and
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Suite, and able to utilize these programs to create recommendations and recaps.

Preferred

  • The ideal candidate has a college degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline (or is graduating soon); is a team player who is also comfortable working with limited supervision; has one to two years of experience; has outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; and is energetic, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
