Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of gifted influencer strategies, such as sourcing, outreach, and execution.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager on paid influencer campaigns, larger storytelling activations, and brand events.
• Coordinate product shipments for all influencer partnerships.
• Monitor influencer participation, reviewing content with the Social Media Manager for brand accuracy and alignment.
• Track performance metrics and flag wins, learnings, and potential opportunities for future campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing calendar to plan partnerships around key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and find creative ways to integrate them into strategy.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator for additional marketing projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in social media, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Past experience in influencer marketing demonstrating ability to execute multiple paid and gifted partnerships.
• A deep understanding of influencers, analytics, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and campaign development abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
