Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across key product verticals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates to drive sustainable growth
• Own affiliate performance, focusing on traffic quality, revenue generation, and ROI improvement
• Reactivate and engage existing affiliates within the network
• Continuously optimize partnerships to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics and traffic sources
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale acquisition
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Drive continuous improvements and incremental revenue growth
• Maintain daily communication with regional stakeholders

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing and performance-driven acquisition models
• Experience in iGaming or similar industries is a strong advantage
• English language proficiency is mandatory
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
