Drive HubSpot implementation and architecture across marketing, sales, and service to build end-to-end automated solutions.

Own HubSpot platform architecture across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations.
Must-have: 3–5+ years in HubSpot implementation or architecture roles.
Standout: experience with data migrations, integrations, and custom dashboards.

HubSpot Platform Mastery - Deep understanding of Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs, including HubSpot Enterprise features.
Custom Coded Workflows - Proven experience building complex automated workflows using HubSpot’s custom code actions (JavaScript/Node.js).
Data Migrations - Hands-on experience migrating data to and from HubSpot, including CRM (Salesforce Minium), marketing automation, and legacy system transitions.
Integrations - Skilled with HubSpot APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Make), and third-party integration frameworks.
Reporting & Analytics - Ability to design and implement complex dashboards, attribution reporting, and custom data sets within HubSpot.
Solution Design - Experience architecting end-to-end HubSpot solutions aligned to business requirements (marketing automation, lead lifecycle, sales enablement, service processes, etc.).

3–5+ years in HubSpot implementation or architecture roles (consulting agency experience preferred).
Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business needs into HubSpot configurations.
Exposure to related platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Dynamics 365) and migrations between them.
