Job Description

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Platform Mastery - Deep understanding of Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs, including HubSpot Enterprise features.
  • Custom Coded Workflows - Proven experience building complex automated workflows using HubSpot’s custom code actions (JavaScript/Node.js).
  • Data Migrations - Hands-on experience migrating data to and from HubSpot, including CRM (Salesforce Minium), marketing automation, and legacy system transitions.
  • Integrations - Skilled with HubSpot APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Make), and third-party integration frameworks.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Ability to design and implement complex dashboards, attribution reporting, and custom data sets within HubSpot.
  • Solution Design - Experience architecting end-to-end HubSpot solutions aligned to business requirements (marketing automation, lead lifecycle, sales enablement, service processes, etc.).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in HubSpot implementation or architecture roles (consulting agency experience preferred).
  • Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business needs into HubSpot configurations.
  • Exposure to related platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Dynamics 365) and migrations between them.

Preferred

  • Certification in HubSpot (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Architect, Operations Hub, or HubSpot Reporting) preferred.
