Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve SEO and Local SEO, including keyword strategy, service/location pages, backlinks, technical SEO, internal linking and organic rankings
• Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile and local search presence
• Manage Google Ads, including Search campaigns, landing pages, conversion tracking, negative keywords and budget optimization
• Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
• Manage Facebook/Instagram/Meta advertising and social media marketing
• Manage and improve our company website, including design, content, landing pages, conversion optimization and basic WordPress/web development
• Develop social media content using photos/videos from our electrical projects and crews
• Manage online reputation and Google/Yelp review-generation strategies
• Oversee and optimize third-party lead-generation platforms
• Create email and SMS marketing campaigns, customer follow-ups, promotions and reactivation campaigns

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with proven hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly in SEO and lead generation.
• Strong SEO experience is required.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with:
• SEO / Local SEO
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Google Ads / PPC
• Google Local Services Ads
• Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising
• Website design and WordPress
• Landing-page development and conversion optimization

Preferred

• Experience marketing an electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, construction or other home-service company is strongly preferred.
