Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of 80+ hospitality and activation events annually
Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for clients and guests
Coordinate event logistics, travel, hotels, and transportation
Create executive-level post-event recaps and presentations
Manage on-site event operations and serve as an in-venue resource
Coordinate vendors, promotional items, and activation materials
Assist with inventory management, budgeting, and day-to-day account support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
1–2 years of related work or internship experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to travel up to 15%
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
