Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of Apex Windows and Baths.
• Involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various local area shows and events.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve goals and objectives.
• Be able to successfully communicate the value of our products to customers, track customer feedback, and network in shows and events.
• You must have a strong presence on social media during events.
• You will report directly to our Events Team Manager and be supported by our Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.
• Represent our company in a positive and professional manner.
• Interact with potential customers.
• Contribute to the growth and success of our company.
• Build strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools

Preferred

• Previous marketing experience is preferred
• Marketing experience a plus
• Strong presence on social media during events
• Recent graduates and individuals who have worked in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are considered
