Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
• Engage homeowners and introduce roofing, impact windows, and home improvement solutions
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for consultations
• Clearly communicate value and handle basic objections
• Track daily activity and maintain appointment quality
• Work closely with closers to ensure high conversion rates

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in outside sales / field environments
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred

• Experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Background in roofing, solar, alarms, or home services is a plus
