Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a revenue-focused marketing strategy aligned with commercial and growth objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing across paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content, social, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Own CRM strategy and optimization (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, pipeline visibility, lead scoring, and marketing-sales alignment.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure CRM structure is optimized for sales and deal acceleration.
  • Oversee website strategy, UX, conversion rate optimization, and performance analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards, tracking systems).
  • Implement marketing automation and nurture programs to drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Establish clear KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, pipeline contribution) and use analytics to continuously optimize performance.
  • Lead development of marketing content: email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and client-facing materials (including standard sales content and occasional custom content)
  • Manage public relations initiatives, primarily via coordination with external PR partner, press releases, client communications, executive speaking engagements, and LinkedIn/social media presence.
  • Oversee website content strategy and updates, managing external web resource and ensuring ongoing relevance of digital content.
