Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year corporate communications strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Build and shape the company narrative across corporate, scientific, and product communications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on communications and reputation management.
• Manage external public relations agencies and strategic communications partners.
• Lead media relations and cultivate relationships with healthcare, biotechnology, and business media.
• Enhance visibility of senior executives through speaking engagements, media opportunities, and digital platforms.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Investor Relations, HR, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Develop crisis communications and issues management plans.
• Support internal communications initiatives that promote employee engagement and culture.
• Oversee the development of press releases, corporate presentations, messaging documents, and executive communications.
