Job Summary

Own brand aesthetic and the full marketing playbook for a fashion-forward DTC, blending creative direction with hands-on content, creator strategy, and launch amplification.

Brand and content ownership across social, ads, email, and site to drive sell-through.
Creator strategy and influencer/UGC operations, including hiring and partnerships.
Launch strategy and cross-channel amplification focused on CAC and ROAS.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Final say on all brand aesthetic, taste, and creative direction
Own all content across TikTok, Instagram, ads, email/SMS, and the website/product pages
Create, direct, and appear in content, campaign content, and social content
Manage hiring and recruiting of internal and external content creators, influencers, editors, photographers, agencies, and freelancers
Lead influencer, gifting, ShopMy, LTK, affiliate, and UGC strategy and execution
Manage paid media strategy and creative performance across all channels
Develop unconventional marketing ideas, viral moments, partnerships, and growth tactics
Track performance (CAC, ROAS, conversion) and scale what works
Own the full marketing strategy for every launch and drop — including content, creator strategy, paid amplification, rollout timing, messaging, and sell-through strategy
