Job Summary
Own the community outreach and events engine, turning local partnerships, gym events, and member communications into steady pipeline for new members and engagement.
- Community Outreach & Partnerships: Build a network of local partners, coordinate guest speakers, and run collaborative events.
- Event Coordination: Plan and promote gym events, manage logistics with partners, and handle follow-up.
- Client Communication & Admin: Respond to inquiries, create welcoming first impressions, and keep internal systems and milestones organized.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and identify local events, markets, expos, and networking opportunities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Develop partnership opportunities and collaborative events.
- Identify and coordinate guest speakers, workshops, and educational seminars.
- Plan and organize gym events, member appreciation events, workshops, and community gatherings.
- Coordinate event logistics and communication with partners and vendors.
- Assist with event promotion and follow-up.
- Respond to prospective client inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Help create a welcoming and positive first impression for potential members.
- Organize and maintain internal systems and documents.
