Job Summary

Drive GTM for an AI-powered construction tech platform, owning end-to-end outbound-to-close motion in Orlando.

  • Own end-to-end GTM motion, from prospecting to pilots and close.
  • Must-have: 6-10+ years in B2B SaaS GTM with hands-on outbound.
  • Standout: First commercial hire with founder-led selling and engineering alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market Execution (80%): You'll own the entire commercial motion — from identifying prospects to closing pilots to converting them into paying customers.
  • Build the Pipeline: Build the GTM engine from scratch — outbound strategy, sales process, pipeline management, conversion playbook.
  • Sell Directly: Personally lead outreach, run product demos, negotiate pilot agreements, and close deals. This is founder-led selling — you and the CEO in the room together.
  • Find the Right Customers: Identify and engage mid-size millwork companies, estimating firms, and commercial contractors who stand to benefit most from AI-driven estimation.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry directories, and trade association memberships. Write and send cold outreach — email sequences, LinkedIn messages, connection requests. Set up and run outreach tools (email automation, LinkedIn outreach, CRM). This is hands-on prospecting, not delegating to a BDR.
  • Define Pricing: Design and test pricing models that make sense for the industry. Understand displacement economics — what prospects are paying today for manual estimation and drafting, and how the product replaces that cost.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the company at industry conferences and trade events. Build relationships with industry associations, thought leaders, and potential channel partners.
  • Sales Enablement: Build the GTM asset library — ROI calculators, case studies, competitive positioning, sales decks, email templates, demo scripts.
  • Measure Everything: Define success metrics, track pipeline health, and report on what's working and what isn't. Be rigorous about attribution.
  • Engineering Coordination: Coordinate between the engineering team and customers. Relay requirements, flag blockers, and keep both sides aligned on priorities and timelines.

Requirements

  • Must-Haves
  • 6-10+ years in GTM, sales, product marketing, or business development at B2B software companies. SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-On Outbound: You've written cold emails that got replies. You've used LinkedIn to find and reach decision-makers. You've configured outreach tools — email sequencing, CRM, LinkedIn automation. You can do the work, not just plan it.
  • Customer-First Instinct: You start with customer conversations, not market research decks. Your instinct on Day 1 is to talk to prospects, not build a strategy document.
  • Orlando-Based: On-site in Orlando, FL. Embedded with the CEO and operations team daily. This is not a remote role.
  • Closer, Not Enabler: You've personally closed deals. Not enabling others to sell — actually sat across from a buyer, handled objections, and got a signature. Multiple times.
  • 0-to-1 Builder: You've built a GTM motion where none existed. You've been the first commercial hire, or the person who figured out the sales process before there was a team to hand it to.

Preferred

  • Industry Familiarity
  • Early-Stage Environment
  • Pricing Experience
  • Demo Comfort
  • Small Team Comfort
  • Experience with AI-enabled products or explaining complex capabilities to non-technical buyers.
  • Exposure to vertical SaaS (industry-specific software).
  • Experience with trade associations, industry conferences, or community-driven GTM

Rewriting Enterprise Possibilities. Enterprises today aren’t short on data, platforms, or ideas. What they struggle with is turning them into capabilities that hold up at scale. That’s where Parkar focuses. We help enterprises build data and AI capabilities that fit how real organizations operate; capabilities that evolve with the business, rather than breaking under complexity or change. Over time, our work has moved beyond individual projects to strengthening the foundations that matter most: - how data is trusted,- how decisions are made, and - how intelligence becomes part of everyday work. Our work spans the full lifecycle - from data foundations to intelligence embedded directly into operational systems. Not everything needs to be new. What matters is whether a solution reduces friction, improves clarity, and earns the confidence of the teams who rely on it. We operate in environments where scale, security, and reliability aren’t optional. Our teams work closely with clients in the unglamorous middle where real transformation happens - simplifying what’s complex and making systems work better, not just look better. We’re proud of what we’ve helped build so far, and we stay curious about what comes next. Always learning. Always refining. Always focused on impact.
