Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Meet revenue goals, expand automation footprint, and build multi-million-dollar contracts
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities, align with client automation strategies, and lead end-to-end proposal processes (RFP/RFI)
  • Client Success: Manage senior-level relationships, ensure satisfaction, and foster repeat business
  • Team Leadership: Coach Customer Success Leaders, manage resource allocation, and achieve utilization targets
  • Brand Building: Lead regional marketing initiatives, events, and thought leadership to strengthen Capgemini’s IA presence
  • Governance & Quality: Ensure accurate estimations, program governance, and reuse of GTM materials to improve margins

Requirements

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (VPs and above) in global, complex environments
  • Experience in building and managing Intelligent Automation portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of RPA, AI, ML, and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional consulting, presentation, and project management skills
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability under pressure
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements
