Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market + audience intelligence: Map target segments by geography/time zone and maturity; identify communities where the audience gathers; extract pain points and JTBD to shape messaging and campaign hypotheses.
  • Category narrative + messaging system: Build a scalable storytelling system with pillars, formats, templates, and voice/tone rules; produce proof-driven messaging for multiple channels.
  • Community & stakeholder engine: Build/manage pipeline of ambassadors, creators, partners; run collaboration formats (AMAs, guest posts, demos, webinars); maintain a simple stakeholder CRM with stages, tagging, and next actions.
  • Content + distribution execution: Ship distribution-ready content; support channel execution on priority platforms; plan lightweight SEO and landing-page briefs for intent mapping and conversion copy.
  • Growth experiments + funnel optimization: Run weekly growth loops from hypothesis to iteration; improve conversion across funnels and onboarding; collaborate with engineering to implement tracking.
  • Analytics + reporting: Track performance and report insights; maintain lightweight dashboards for acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and content collaborations.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills (structured, clear, persuasive).
  • Comfortable with data: interpret metrics, spot patterns, and argue from evidence.
  • Familiarity with growth fundamentals (funnels, conversion optimization, retention, cohorts).
  • Comfortable with Notion/Airtable, basic analytics, landing pages, and email workflows.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment (ownership, reliability, documentation mindset).

Preferred

  • Interest in AI products and technical storytelling; familiarity with dev/creator ecosystems is a plus.
  • Execution velocity: able to ship weekly (pages, briefs, posts, outreach, experiments).
  • Narrative discipline: maintain consistent positioning across channels and stakeholders.
  • Experiment mindset: propose tests, define success metrics, and iterate fast.
