Own Meta ads ecosystem, CRM + marketing automation, and lead-nurture programs.
Drive performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, appointment rates, and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads
Developing paid advertising strategies and testing new audiences, creative, offers, and campaigns
Managing GoHighLevel and our CRM infrastructure
Building and improving workflows, pipelines, triggers, automations, and lead-routing systems
Creating and managing SMS and email drip campaigns
Developing mass-text marketing and lead-reactivation campaigns
Building and optimizing landing pages and sales funnels
Managing lead databases and ensuring leads are properly tracked and followed
Developing retargeting and nurture campaigns
Monitoring cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, appointments, conversions, and customer acquisition costs
