Job Summary

Drive marketing visual storytelling through end-to-end asset creation on-site with collaboration across the team.

  • Create graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, website content, and product launches.
  • Must-have: Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut/CapCut).
  • Standout: Direct collaboration with Marketing team and Creative Director, with production-ready asset handling and content planning.

Job Description

Drive marketing visual storytelling through end-to-end asset creation on-site with collaboration across the team.

  • Create graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, website content, and product launches.
  • Assist with product design and development under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Prepare artwork, layouts, packaging files, and other production-ready assets.
  • Create, film, edit, and manage content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Operate camera equipment for product photography, lifestyle photography, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Edit and retouch photography and video content for marketing and e-commerce use
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
  • Organize and manage creative files, content, and visual assets.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual direction during campaign and product planning.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required), Canva and related software programs.
  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Advanced understanding of Instagram and YouTube content creation, trends, formatting, and best practices.
  • Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras. Product photography experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction while also contributing original ideas.
