Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual content for internal and external communications including website, intranet, email, social media, presentations, and print materials
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate messaging and campaigns into compelling visual assets
  • Support communications projects from concept through final execution, ensuring creative alignment and timely delivery
  • Design graphics and layouts for digital and print collateral, signage, and event materials
  • Assist in video and multimedia storytelling through basic editing and motion graphics
  • Help shape the creative direction for communications initiatives in collaboration with the marketing and corporate communications teams
  • Maintain and develop branded templates, visual systems, and shared assets to ensure consistency across channels
  • Support brand initiatives, including branded merchandise and other brand extension materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and partners as needed
  • Conduct quality checks on deliverables prior to production or distribution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
  • Experience designing digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and presentations
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills preferred
  • Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible
