Job Summary

Drive cohesive, brand-forward creative design for TopFoxx across ecommerce and campaigns with hands-on execution and team leadership.

  • Own multi-channel design (graphics, video, emails, web) for launches and campaigns.
  • Must-have: expert Adobe experience (Photoshop required; Illustrator/After Effects a plus) for ecommerce creative.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging graphics for e-commerce campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and website assets.
  • Design and execute digital marketing materials that enhance brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate on product design elements for new launches, aligning visuals with TopFoxx’s unique, sustainable brand identity.
  • Edit video content for marketing materials, product features, and social media when needed.
  • Develop email marketing templates in Klaviyo that are on-brand and optimized for performance.
  • Support web design efforts on Shopify, ensuring cohesive visuals across our site and improving the user experience.
  • Strategic Research & Analysis: Conduct continuous research on fashion, marketing, and graphic trends, focusing on improving conversions through creative elements. Analyze the performance of different marketing channels and provide actionable design feedback to the team.

  • Gif/Animation design for MMS, email, and website
  • Set and enforce high creative standards aligned with brand and performance goals.
  • Provide clear direction, actionable feedback, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to build campaigns rooted in aesthetics, psychology, and profitability.
  • Convert business objectives into strong creative briefs, strategies, and deliverables.
  • Balance leadership with hands-on design and execution.
  • Ensuring product and marketing visuals follow a cohesive, elevated identity.

Requirements

  • Professional English fluency required
  • Expert in Adobe Suite — Photoshop is a must; Illustrator, After Effects, and motion graphics skills are a strong bonus.
  • Background in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, fashion/beauty/lifestyle trends, and what drives conversions.
  • Experience producing and editing content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, FB ads), with an eye for global fashion and visual trends.
  • Performance-driven mindset: understands how design and creative directly impact revenue, conversions, and engagement.
  • Leader who executes: able to direct and guide a creative team while still producing top-tier work personally.
  • Detail-obsessed: holds self and team to high creative standards and pixel-perfect accuracy.
  • Strategic + hands-on: 50% creator, 50% creative strategist — able to think big-picture while executing daily tasks.
  • Highly adaptable: thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapid-execution environment; comfortable forecasting and planning ahead.
  • Independent and collaborative: can take a project from concept to final delivery while collaborating effectively with key team members.

Nice To Have

  • A+ design instincts: strong aesthetic eye, taste-level awareness, and the ability to elevate a brand visually.
  • (Preferred) Klaviyo experience for creating high-performing email designs and templates.
  • (BONUS) Video editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools, with an understanding of hooks, pacing, and conversion-focused storytelling.
  • (Preferred) Shopify proficiency for visual updates, landing pages, and CRO-driven layouts.
