Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Google Ads program for healthcare focused campaigns, owning setup, optimization, and measurement across Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing, with tight tracking fidelity and landing-page integration.

  • Manage budgets, bids, and ROAS to drive scalable wins across client accounts.
  • Own tracking fidelity with GA4, GTM, CTM, DNI, UTM structures, and CRM integrations.
  • Deliver data-driven insights, ongoing A/B tests, and partner with SEO/web teams to lift landing-page performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Write high-performing ad copy and conduct ongoing A/B testing.
  • Manage campaign budgets and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain conversion tracking.
  • Implement and manage tracking through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, client CRM platforms, and CallTrackingMetrics (CTM).
  • Configure UTM parameters and ensure accurate lead attribution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reporting with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Experience with:
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • CallTrackingMetrics (CTM)
  • Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI)
  • Salesforce and/or Dazos CRM integrations
  • Landing page set up (We have a dedicated webstack developer and designer who can assist in the build, but looking to make sure these integrate properly will be your responsibility)
  • Ability to independently manage campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting from start to finish
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Native English speaker preferred
  • U.S.-based preferred

Preferred

  • Experience in addiction treatment or mental health marketing
  • Understanding of admissions funnels and lead quality tracking
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious marketing environments
  • Experience improving cost-per-admission and conversion performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Skills in Web Analytics to monitor and optimize campaign performance
  • Strong marketing acumen and ability to adapt to client needs and industries
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
