Job Summary

Own and manage the content creation lifecycle for Golden Plumbing, from on-site capture and customer testimonials to editing, publishing, and building a branded media library across social channels.

Content creation on job sites and before/after storytelling
Video editing and posting across platforms
Brand storytelling and audience engagement

Job Description

Responsibilities

Ride along with technicians to job sites.
Capture professional photos and videos.
Film before-and-after projects.
Record customer testimonials.
Create Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
Edit content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
Schedule and publish social media content.
Build a library of photos and videos that showcase the Golden Plumbing brand.

Requirements

Has a strong eye for photography and video.
Is creative and self-motivated.
Is comfortable talking with customers and employees.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Has experience creating engaging social media content.

Preferred

Drone photography.
Graphic design.
Adobe Creative Suite.
Canva.
Experience in the home services industry.
