Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate go-to-market plans and execution for product launches and key marketing programs.
  • Serve as the cross-functional hub—aligning Marketing, Product, Sales, Creative, and others through meetings, working sessions, and clear next steps.
  • Maintain launch trackers, timelines, and working docs to drive visibility and readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch activities—owners, deliverables, and timing—to keep teams aligned.
  • Partner with Creative/Content to deliver launch assets and ensure information is accurate, consistent, and shared with stakeholders.
  • Proactively gather missing inputs needed for launches, content creation, and sales enablement.
  • Maintain product data and new item setup in internal systems/CMS, keeping files and shared assets organized and accessible.
  • Support copywriting and content updates; build working knowledge of products, segments, and personas.
  • Document customer journey touchpoints, messaging needs, and channel considerations.
  • Maintain the print advertising calendar and coordinate related deliverables and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn new tools and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Acrobat required (Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop a plus).
  • Able to travel for events and photo/video shoots as needed.
