Job Summary

Own the end-to-end video production for energy tech storytelling, from concept to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to create brand-aligned assets across social, web, and long-form formats.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of compelling visual narratives that simplify complex energy technology and drive adoption, craft production plans and schedules for product launches and customer stories to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned and up to date on project progress
  • Identify and scout locations, manage shoot schedules, budgets, shot lists, and call sheets
  • Coordinate interdepartmentally between internal marketing, product, sales and engineering teams and external production partners to secure product access, legal clearances, and customer participation
  • Lead on-set shoots, providing real-time feedback to ensure video and audio meet creative and brand standards. Ability to operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio systems as needed
  • Develop creative concepts and scripts while ensuring that the final assets delivered are fully aligned with the brand and stakeholders
  • Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage external production houses, freelance crews, and post-production specialists as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Film, Production, or a related field, or 7+ years equivalent experience
  • Experience developing video concepts from preproduction and storyboarding to planning shoot logistics to on-set direction and post-production support (editing a plus)
  • Exceptional organization and process management, ability to juggle concurrent timelines, and creative demands
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work interdepartmentally with marketing, product, engineering, design, external vendors and stakeholders
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual content across various formats (social, long-form, web)
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Davinci Resolve

  • Drone operation is a plus
