Job Summary

Own and drive product, program and field facing initiatives with a focus on customer advocacy, events, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, partner, and field teams to coordinate programs and events
  • Plan and execute customer-focused events and content to support go-to-market efforts

Job Description

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing customer stories, case studies, or testimonial content
  • Experience planning and executing events (first-party or third-party conferences, trade shows, or customer events)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, partner, and field teams

Preferred

  • Experience in cloud computing, end-user computing (EUC), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), or enterprise IT
  • Experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or customer reference programs
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of developing executive-level customer advocates
  • Experience producing video testimonials or managing video content production
  • Experience with social media storytelling and content strategy
  • MBA or advanced degree
