Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels
• Respond to messages and comments from customers
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotions
• Improve the look, layout, and user experience of our website
• Upload and organize product listings, photos, and descriptions
• Send email marketing campaigns and newsletters to customers
• Monitor analytics and optimize marketing strategies
• Work with our team to develop creative content and promotions

Requirements

• Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts
• Experience with Shopify / WordPress / or other e-commerce platforms
• Familiar with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong design sense and understanding of branding and aesthetics
• Ability to create engaging content including photos, graphics, and videos
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently

Preferred

• Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Experience growing an e-commerce brand online
