Responsibilities

• Editing short-form and long-form content
• Color grading and visual polish
• Light motion graphics where needed
• Optimizing videos for platform performance (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborating with our team on campaign objectives

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)
• Experience with short-form, performance-driven content
• Understanding of pacing, retention, and storytelling
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Clear communication and reliability
• Degree is not required
