Responsibilities

• Design email campaigns and flows for a variety of DTC brands
• Translate email copy, strategy, and creative briefs into thoughtful, engaging designs
• Create email designs and reusable templates in Figma
• Build and/or prepare designs for execution in Klaviyo
• Work within established brand guidelines while finding creative ways to keep campaigns fresh
• Apply strong typography, hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling to email
• Collaborate closely with our strategy, copy, and creative teams
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
• Manage multiple client projects and deadlines at once
• Ensure designs are polished, accurate, and ready for implementation

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma is required
• Experience with Klaviyo is required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing and digital design work
• Experience designing for DTC and/or ecommerce brands strongly preferred
• Comfortable receiving finished email copy and strategy briefs and translating them into effective visual concepts
• Strong understanding of email design best practices, including hierarchy, readability, mobile considerations, and conversion-focused design
• Excellent typography and layout skills
• Ability to work within multiple brand identities and adapt your design style accordingly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience designing for DTC and/or ecommerce brands strongly preferred.
