Responsibilities

• Driving sales toward ambitious event targets during live in-store events
• Executing event mechanics — GWPs, TOAs, and the specific focus of each activation
• Bringing high energy and expert client engagement that makes the event feel like an experience
• Rallying and activating the store team so the whole floor is behind the event
• Representing premium national brands with polish and professionalism

Requirements

• Have proven prestige beauty/retail selling experience and a track record of hitting aggressive sales goals
• Have run or worked beauty events and know how to create energy on a floor
• Operate independently — you manage your own approach to hitting the number without hand-holding
• Are available for the full set of event dates listed
• Have reliable transportation to the event locations
• This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement , not employment — you invoice for the project and are responsible for your own taxes.
