Responsibilities

• Represent Workout Anytime throughout the local community
• Meet and start conversations with new people
• Share information about our gyms, memberships, services, and promotions
• Build brand awareness on college campuses and in high-traffic community areas
• Visit local businesses, events, restaurants, coffee shops, and apartment communities
• Generate qualified leads and interest for our gym teams
• Track your conversations and results
• Represent the brand with confidence, energy, and professionalism
• orchestrate set up and run events in the community

Requirements

• This is not a desk job.
• No previous fitness, marketing, or sales experience is required. We can teach you what to say and how the program works. What we cannot teach is energy, confidence, reliability, and an outgoing personality.
• Naturally outgoing, friendly, and approachable
• Passionate about fitness, health, or helping others
• Confident starting conversations with people you do not know
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Dependable, professional, and results-driven
• Comfortable walking and remaining active during shifts
• Reliable transportation throughout the Raleigh and Wake Forest area
• Must be at least 18 years old
