Job Summary

Own regional activation and pipeline acceleration by turning global campaigns into local programs, partnering with Sales, and running events that move deals forward.

  • Regional ownership: translate global product marketing into region-specific activation and messaging aligned to local priorities.
  • Sales enablement and ABM: develop assets, plays, and outreach to accelerate opportunity progression and account-based programs.
  • Events and cross-team collaboration: plan regional events, field activations, and post-event follow-up to generate measurable pipeline.

Job Description

Regional activation ownership and pipeline focus through translating global campaigns into local programs, close collaboration with Sales, and targeted events that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Execute regional-focused marketing programs aligned to regional commercial priorities, target accounts, pipeline objectives, and revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to activate global campaigns through regional programs, account-based marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, and targeted outreach.
  • Translate global campaign and product marketing strategies into actionable regional execution plans.
  • Identify regional market opportunities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial priorities to inform activation strategy.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to assigned regions Commercial teams.
  • Develop and adapt sales enablement materials, customer presentations, campaign assets, outreach content, and supporting tools aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Support pipeline acceleration through account-based marketing initiatives, sales plays, customer engagement programs, and regional activation efforts
  • Partner with Commercial teams to support strategic opportunities, customer-facing initiatives, events, campaigns, and deal progression activities.
  • Drive adoption and consistency of approved messaging, positioning, campaign priorities, and value propositions across region.
  • Lead regional event activation activities aligned to commercial priorities and pipeline objectives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, commercial marketing, campaign marketing, or related marketing disciplines.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations and driving measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Knowledge of healthcare provider buying processes.
  • Understanding of enterprise software go-to-market models.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging, radiology workflows, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, or population health solutions.
