Job Summary

Own venue level marketing support for 20 locations, ensuring resources, materials and partnerships drive guest traffic and a great local experience.

  • Venue Marketing: Serve as day-to-day contact and coordinate campaigns, signage and assets across locations.
  • Local Partnerships and Vendor Management: Identify opportunities, manage partners, and ensure timely deployment of materials.
  • Campaign Execution and Field Ops: Roll out national programs with Operations to ensure consistent, on-brand execution at each venue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Venue Marketing: Serve as day-to-day contact for venues, coordinating campaigns, signage, and assets while upholding brand standards.
  • Signage and Marketing Materials: Produce, distribute, and deploy in-venue signage and marketing assets on time and accurately.
  • Campaign Execution: Roll out national campaigns across venues and ensure programs are executed consistently with Operations.
  • Local Marketing Partnerships: Identify and coordinate local opportunities, community partnerships, and venue-specific initiatives.
  • Field Communication: Maintain regular communication with venue leadership to gather needs and feedback.
  • Project Coordination: Track timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with printers and signage vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities across 20 venues.
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with corporate teams and field operators.
  • Comfort coordinating vendors, timelines, and materials from concept through deployment.
  • Proactive and service-oriented with a willingness to jump in and solve problems.
  • Passion for helping venues succeed and creating a great guest experience locally.
  • Ability to travel domestically 15% of the time to assist with venue support and program rollouts.
