Job Summary

Own and scale Fleak’s field events for enterprise data security, from high-impact booth design to executive-level and partner-led experiences, while building a scalable playbook and tight sales follow-through.

  • End-to-end event execution: targeting, outreach, registration, logistics, onsite, and post-event follow-up.
  • Scalable field motion: templates, workflows, budget tiers, staffing, and reporting.
  • Sales alignment: partner with BDRs/AEs to secure attendance and advance deals after events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Fleak’s presence at Databricks, Snowflake, Splunk conferences including creating a stand-out, experiential booth to build awareness and planning and executing smaller events during the conference to build pipeline.
  • Build a repeatable and scalable event motion, including: Upscale, invite-only events for executives in target accounts; Fleak hosted thought leadership events in collaboration with security partners; Partner roadshows and co-marketing events; Regional conferences
  • Partner with BDRs and AEs to identify target accounts, secure attendance, set meetings, and progress deals after events.
  • Write copy and messaging for invites, landing pages, email sequences, reminders, and post-event follow-up.
  • Own event operations end-to-end: budgeting, venue and vendor sourcing, logistics, staffing, and onsite execution.
  • Create a field playbook that scales: templates, outreach workflows, run-of-show, budget tiers, staffing plans, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B field marketing experience, with a track record of running events that improve brand awareness and drive pipeline.
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end event execution: targeting, outreach, registration, logistics, onsite, and follow-through.
  • Experience in a strong field marketing org. You’ve seen what “great” looks like and can recreate it at a startup.
  • Comfortable operating and executing independently.
  • Strong cross-functional partner, especially with sales teams (BDRs, AEs) and leadership.
  • Metrics-oriented. You can define what success means, instrument it, and report it clearly.

Preferred

  • Experience in cybersecurity or data.
  • Partner and channel co-marketing experience.
  • Experience building a field program from scratch at a high-growth startup.
